This policy explains how Dhatri Consulting Services ("we") handles personal information in connection with the Store Spends website at https://storespends.co.in and the Store Spends platform.

Where we operate the platform on behalf of a customer organisation, that organisation decides what data is entered and for what purpose. In those cases they are the data controller and we process data on their instructions under our agreement with them.

This marketing website does not use advertising trackers, third-party analytics tags or cross-site cookies.

If you send an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to put in that message — typically your name, company, work email, phone number and the size of your operation. We use them only to respond to you and to maintain a record of the conversation.

When your organisation uses Store Spends, the platform processes employee records (name, mobile number, work email, store, department, designation and spending limits), transaction records, uploaded bill images and audit events.

This data is processed to operate the service your organisation has asked for: authenticating users, applying spending policy, executing and recording payments, and producing reports and audit trails.

To provide, operate, secure and support the platform.

To respond to enquiries and provide the demonstrations and information you request.

To meet legal, accounting and audit obligations.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use customer data to train third-party models.

We share information with service providers who help us run the platform — hosting, database and payment infrastructure — under contracts limiting them to that purpose.

Payment instructions are transmitted to the relevant banking and UPI infrastructure to execute a payment you initiate.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Transaction and audit records are retained for as long as the customer organisation requires them and for any statutory retention period that applies to financial records.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to manage the relationship.

Traffic is served over HTTPS. Credentials are stored hashed, sessions are held server-side, and access is enforced against the signed-in session on every request.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will notify affected organisations in line with our contractual and legal obligations.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

Where your data sits inside a customer's Store Spends account, we will refer your request to that organisation. Write to dvsb921991@gmail.com and we will route it appropriately.
