About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Store Spends website at https://storespends.co.in, operated by Dhatri Consulting Services.

Use of the Store Spends platform itself is governed by the separate written agreement between us and your organisation. Where the two differ, that agreement prevails for platform use.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or the platform, interfere with their operation, or use automated means to extract content at a scale that degrades service for others.

Information on this site

We describe the platform as it exists at the time of writing and try to keep these pages current. Product capabilities may change.

Nothing on this site is an offer, a commitment to deliver specific functionality, or financial, legal or tax advice. Commercial terms are set out in a written agreement.

Payments and the role we play

Store Spends records, authorises and reports on spending. Payments settle over UPI between your funding account and the payee's account.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
